Who we are
We practice traditional Shotokan karate. Our club is affiliated with Sensei Masataka Mori, 8th degree black belt, Shotokan Karate-Do International, and the Japan Karate Association.

Where to find us
We practice in the Fitness and Wellness Center located on the ground floor (G level) of the University of Rochester Medical Center (Strong Hospital), 601 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, New York. Coming from the Parking Garage, follow the signs to the School of Medicine and Dentistry (or vice versa). Follow the long hallway half way (you will see a sign saying Ultrasound) until you see the signs leading to the Fitness and Wellness Center. See map.

Class schedule
Mondays 6:00-7:30 PM
Thursdays 6:00-7:30 PM

Beginners
Beginner classes start on the first Monday of every month at 6:00 PM. Please wear some loose fitting cloth.
